Every package is a fixed one-time price agreed in writing. It is paid in three milestones: 30% to book your slot, 40% when you sign off the design, and 30% on launch day, so you are never more than one step ahead of the work. We do not do free design work: your deposit books a designer and a developer to you and nobody else for fourteen days, which is exactly why the date holds. After launch you get 90 days of aftercare from the same team that built your store.
